We all get angry. We can’t help it. As long as we have goals, wants, ambitions, and emotions getting upset will happen. But you don’t have to stay upset. Its like this, you didn’t like something that happened, right? So, its pisses you off making you angry. Now as long as you remember that event you’ll be angry. Or every time you think about it.
But your angry about something you DIDNT like. If you don’t like something why dwell on it? Everytime you take the time out of your day to be angry about something it holds you back. You allowing yourself to dwell on something you don’t like!
I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time for things I don’t agree with. So instead of remembering you’re angry, try and think about something you do like to make you forget. I can’t say I always remember this myself at the first rise of rage, but eventually I do. After the third or fourth time of being mad about the same thing you have to get to the point where your final conclusion is: 1 fix the problem 2 accept the problem 3 or move on. The easiest is usually to move on. Which hey, may not be the answer, but feels a lot better than being held down by a bad thought turned to anger.
